業務内容

都市空間耐災工学研究領域兵庫耐震工学研究センターにおけるプロジェクト「実大三次元震動破壊実験施設等研究基盤を活用した都市のレジリエンス高度化研究開発」において以下の研究開発業務を行う。

  1. 構造材料の弾塑性損傷構成則に関する研究開発業務
  2. 大規模非線形有限要素解析のオープンソースコードに関する研究開発業務
  3. １、２の研究開発に係る国際連携業務

応募資格
  1. 博士の学位を有すること（着任までに取得見込みの者を含む）又はこれと同等以上の学識経験を有すること。
  2. 材料の非線形構成則の研究開発に関する経験を有すること。コンクリート材料構成則の研究開発経験を有することが望ましい。
  3. 有限要素解析の研究開発に関する経験を有すること。
  4. 構造工学および計算工学に関する専門的な内容について、英語を母語または公用語とする研究者と議論できる英語力を有すること。

【雇用期間】
採用日（応相談）から令和８年３月３１日まで
※ただし、予算の状況、従事している業務の必要性及び勤務成績により、期間満了時に更新することがある。（１事業年度単位で４回を限度とする）

【勤務時間】
週５日、７時間４５分勤務（９：００～１７：３０ 昼休み４５分含む）
※土日祝日、年末年始（１２月２９日～翌１月３日）は休み
※有給休暇の付与日数は防災科学技術研究所有期雇用職員及び無期労働契約転換職員勤務時間、休憩、休日及び休暇等規程に基づく

給与等

経歴等に基づき所内規程により決定
基本給（年額）4,456,800円～6,876,000円
※年額とは雇用期間が４月１日～翌３月３１日（１事業年度）の場合の金額であり、12分割した額を月額として支給する。
※基本給には月15時間分の時間外勤務手当相当額（年額447,600円～691,200円）を含む
※月15時間超過分は別途支給
通勤手当別途支給（上限あり）
退職金なし
賞与は業績手当として支給する場合がある
文部科学省共済組合（短期組合員）、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険の適用有

Duties

（Immediately after hiring）
The successful applicant will engage in the following research and development activities under the project titled "Research and Development for Enhancing Urban Resilience Utilizing the Large-Scale 3D Shaking Table Testing Facility and Related Research Infrastructure" in Hyogo Earthquake Engineering Research Center, Department of Urban Disaster Resilience Engineering

  1. Research and development on constitutive models for elasto-plastic damage behavior of structural materials
  2. Research and development on open-source codes for large-scale nonlinear finite element analysis
  3. International collaboration related to the research and development activities described in 1 and 2

Qualification Requirements
  1. Possession of a doctoral degree, or expected to obtain one by the time of appointment, or equivalent academic qualifications and research experience.
  2. Experience in research and development of nonlinear constitutive models for materials. Experience with constitutive modeling of concrete materials is desirable.
  3. Experience in research and development related to finite element analysis.
  4. Proficiency in English sufficient to engage in technical discussions on structural and computational engineering topics with researchers whose native or official language is English.

Term of Employment

【Term of Employment】
The successful candidate will be employed from the day of commencing the post until March 31,2026.
The term of employment may be extended each fiscal year, based on budget, needs of work engaged in, and in line with performance.
*Up to four times per fiscal year.
*The first two months will be a probationary period.

【Working Hours】
From 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a 45 minute break.
Days off: Every Saturday and Sunday, national holidays, and New Year's holidays (December 29 – January 3)
*The number of paid vacations granted is based on regulations.
*Flextime and the discretionary labor system are available.

Salary and Working Conditions

Basic salary (annual amount): 4,456,800-6,876,000 yen.
*To be determined at the time of employment based on internal regulations (annual salary system).
*The annual amount is the amount for the employment period from April 1 to March 31 of the following year (one fiscal year), and the amount divided by 12 is paid as a monthly amount.
*Including fixed overtime allowance: 15 hours equivalent.
The fixed overtime allowance is 447,600-691,200 yen.
*The overtime allowance beyond 15 hours per month will be paid separately.
Commuting allowance paid separately (with an upper limit)
No retirement allowance
Bonus may be paid as performance allowance
Social insurance: Health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance
